9/8/07 – New Women’s Cardio MMA class open to the public. For several months Kevin and Ryder have been running a women’s cardio MMA class. The class consists of many of the same conditioning exercises used in the regular MMA class, circuit training, and working the mitts (but no sparring or contact). The class is designed for those women looking for a high intensity workout, space is limited. See the schedule for class times.

6/23/07- We are all proud of Doug Evans for the first ABJJ/Wolfpack member to make it to the UFC. While Doug did not win he had a great fight with a tough fighter. We expect to see more big fights for Doug in the future.

06/08/07- Congratulations Doug Evans who has been signed to fight in the UFC’s upcoming TUF 5 FINALE June 23rd against Roger Huerta. The fight should be televised. Way to go Doug.
5/31/07- ABJJ milestone. The ABJJ/Wolf Pack team is now up to 50 members. Our mantra has been and remains “quality over quantity” so numbers alone don’t satisfy us. What is very satisfying is that we have been able to find this many like-minded training partners in less than 18 months. Expect more good things to come as we continue our programs.
