HIIT or High Intensity Interval Training is a training technique in which you give all-out 100%
effort through quick intense bursts of intense cardio and/or strength exercises followed by
short sometimes active recovery periods. In these HIIT classes you will increase your heart rate
while improving your strength, boost your power and endurance, and work your entire body
with challenging moves. The trainers in our gym are knowledgeable and motivating, providing a
safe environment to push yourself at your pace.
